- August 9-13: Internal sub groups calls will take place
- August 20: Submit 1-2 page documents to chairs who will synthesize into one chapter.
- Next group call will be the last week of August to review chapter before August 31 submission.

Work Plan and Schedule
- Review Barriers Identified
- Identify Sub-groups for Barriers
- WG Members Join Sub-Groups. These Sub-groups will work together to identify key needs to overcome barriers to realize tue vision of the WG for commonplace NZECBs
- End deliverable: 2 pages maximum summary on key needs, focusing on how this addressing gap/barrier between current state and vision
- Sub-groups meet independently before 6 August meeting
- Deliverable for next conference call: outline summary of initial key needs identified, for sharing with WG for feedback (<1 page/sub-group)
- Review progress of sub-groups
- In-person meeting with WG
- By 20 August, Sub-groups provide draft summary of key needs to WG co-chairs
- Distribute to WG for review and feedback
- Feedback to WG co-chairs by 26 August
- Review of draft summaries and feedback received
- Group discussion of targeted portions of Sub-group draft summaries
- Focus on areas where consensus is more elusive
